On the 1st day of August 2002, it was resolved by special
resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a)
of the Companies Act 1993, that Beaumont Construction
Limited be liquidated and that Steven Robert Brokenshire,

be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
