Change of Classification of a Reserve and Declaration That the Reserve be Part of the Omotumotu Scenic Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the West Coast Conservancy of the Department of Conservation changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule from a government purpose reserve to a scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977, and further declares the reserve forms part of the Omotumotu Scenic Reserve.

Dentists (Fees) Amendment Notice 2002 (No. 1)

1. Title and commencement—This notice may be cited as the Dentists (Fees) Amendment Notice 2002 (No. 1) and shall come into force on 15 February 2002. This notice has the status of a Regulation for the purposes of the Regulations (Disallowance) Act 1989.

2. Fees—Pursuant to section 79A of the Dental Act 1988, the Dental Council of New Zealand sets the following fee payable to the council specified in the attached Schedule.

3. Fees inclusive of goods and services tax—The fees are inclusive of goods and services tax.
