Pursuant to sections 20 (1) and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981 and section 60 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road (State highway) and vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
