Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator For Purposes of Voluntary Liquidation of Solvent Company

Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993

On the 5th day of December 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Cause & Effect Limited be voluntarily liquidated and that Michael David Gale, chartered accountant of Gale & Associates Limited, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.

The liquidation commenced on the 5th day of December 2001 at 8.30 a.m.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is hereby given that the liquidator fixes the 15th day of January 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
