Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, forms part of State Highway No. 25 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) The land in the Second Schedule to this notice to be set apart for a segregation strip;

and to remain vested in the Crown.

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares:

(a) The portions of road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and vested in the Waipa District Council.

(b) The portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Proclamation B. 628910.1, New Zealand Gazette 2000, page 3383.
