Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993
Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purposes of camping and recreation, to be known as Hawaiki Wairau Reserve for the common use and benefit of the owners of the former block known as Wairau North 2F and the beneficial descendants of Hana Hemo Paniora, Taurau Paniora and Te Rauhanga Pickering.
Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of protecting the fauna and flora and the preservation of its Maori cultural significance, to be known as the Part Orokawa 3B Lot 12 Maori reservation for the common use and benefit of its owners and their descendants.

All that piece of land situated in Blocks II and III, Russell Survey District and described as follows:

4641 Being part of the land known as Orokawa 3B, Lot 12, Deposited Plan 41892, contained in certificate of title Volume 75C, folio 457.
