Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Kevin John Williams, of Kevin Williams & Associates, was appointed liquidator of Pukerimu Station Limited.

The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of December 2000.

Notice to Creditors to Make Claims/Establish Priority

Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the New Zealand Register Pukerimu Station Limited, which has its registered office at Coffey Davidson Limited, Chartered Accountants, 303N Karamu Road, Hastings, by request, under section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Act.

When the liquidator has completed his duties, he intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies to remove the company from the Register under section 318 (1) (e) of the Act.

Objections to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be made in writing to the Registrar by Tuesday, the 25th day of September 2001.

Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 318 of the Companies Act 1993, that:

(a) It is intended that the above-named company be removed from the Register, under section 318 (1) (e), on the grounds that the duties of the liquidator have been completed and the liquidator has sent to the Registrar the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) of the Act.
