4.1 No licenceholder shall on any day take, kill or be in possession of more than four sports fish, of which not more than two may be trout taken from the following waters.
Murray Creek Harris Creek
Duck Creek Ohikanui River
Waitahu River Larrys Creek
Molloy Creek Deep Creek
Stony Creek Rough River
Haupiri River Crooked River
Orangipuku River Bruce stream
Big River Moonlight River
Karama River and tributaries (above cableway at mouth of lower gorge)
Mokihinui River and tributaries (upstream of Welcome Creek.)
4.2 In all other waters except in the case of perch for which there is no daily limit, no licenceholder shall on any day take, kill or be in possession of more than four sportsfish, of which not more than one may be a salmon and no more than two may be rainbow trout.
- Fish length
5.1 The minimum length for trout and salmon in the following waters shall be 250mm.
Lake Mapourika Lake Paringa
Lake Mocraki Lake Ellery
In all other waters there shall be no minimum length.
