(iii) Section 30 shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), further declares:
(i) Sections 17 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 633/11, subject to mortgage B. 770724.5.
(ii) Sections 18 and 19 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 39C/834.
(iii) Section 24 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 180/242, subject to mortgage B. 770724.5.

Revoking a Notice Prohibiting the Erection, Placing or Extension of Buildings on Land Adjoining the Former Wigram Aerodrome
Pursuant to section 54 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby revokes the notice dated 2 April 1970, absolutely prohibiting the erection, placing or extension of any building to be used or adapted for human habitation within a designated area adjacent to the Wigram Aerodrome, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 16 April 1970, No. 23, page 682.
