Pursuant to section 26 of the Hazardous Substances
and New Organisms Act 1996, the Environment Risk
Management Authority hereby determines that the following
nematodes are not new organisms:

Steinernema feltiae (Filipjev 1934)

Heterorhabditis zealandica (Poinar 1976)

(Steinernemadidae)

Exemption of Vehicles From Standards Compliance for the Purposes of Operation and Certification

Pursuant to section 166 (1) of the Land Transport Act 1998
(“the Act”) and Regulation 36 of the Transport (Vehicle
Standards) Regulations 1990, and being satisfied on those
matters in section 166 (2) of the Act, and pursuant to an
authority delegated to me by the Director of Land Transport
Safety, I, Simon Christopher Whiteley, Manager Safer

of this notice from the requirements listed in Schedule 2,
subject to the conditions specified in Schedule 3.
