On 23 July 2001 at the District Court at Tauranga, Russell Lance Teki, 8 Kaitemako Road, Welcome Bay, Tauranga, was convicted of the following offence – driving with excess breath alcohol (subsequent offence) – and in addition to the sentence imposed on him, the Court has ordered that a
Ford Falcon motor vehicle, registration No. LS 8250
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.

To: Every constable and every bailiff and to the Registrar of the District Court at Rotorua:
Christopher Grant Hutchison, of 17 Fairview Road, Rotorua (in this warrant called the offender), was on 29 June 2001, convicted of driving while disqualified by the District Court at Rotorua.
On 29 June 2001, an order was made by the District Court at Rotorua for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle in which the defendant has an interest:

Model: Commodore V4
First Year Reg.: 1986
Registration No.: MU 142
Under the confiscation order, the offender was required to surrender the motor vehicle to a constable or bailiff or the Registrar at Rotorua on 29 June 2001 at 4.00 p.m.
The offender has failed to surrender the motor vehicle.
I direct you, unless the motor vehicle is sooner surrendered to a constable or bailiff or the Registrar, to seize the motor vehicle and to deliver it into the custody of the Registrar of the District Court at Rotorua.

Pursuant to section 170 of the Education Act 1989, the Associate Minister of Education (Tertiary Education), on behalf of the Minister of Education, hereby gives the following notice.

This notice may be cited as the Lincoln University Amendment Notice 2001.

The Lincoln University Notice 1990, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 20 September 1990, No. 164, page 3427, is hereby amended by deleting clauses 3 (c), 3 (e) and 3 (j), and inserting new clauses as follows:
“3 (c) The Chair of the Academic Board of Lincoln University.”
“3 (j) One member nominated by Te Runanga o Ngai Tahu.”
- This notice shall come into force on the day after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 341 (7) of the Fisheries Act 1996, and the powers delegated to me by the Chief Executive, Ministry of Fisheries, I hereby make the following notice.
Notice

Title—This notice shall be known as the Fisheries (Notification of Date for Forward Transfers of Annual Catch Entitlement) Notice 2001.

Commencement—This notice shall come into effect on 6 August 2001.

Interpretation—In this notice, any terms and expressions that are defined in the Fisheries Act 1996 have the same meaning for the purpose of this notice.

Transfers of Annual Catch Entitlement—The date on which the chief executive may receive forward transfers of annual catch entitlement, in accordance with section 341 (7), is 6 August 2001.
