Disciplinary Tribunal of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand—Notice of Decision

(Member Suspended)

At a hearing of the Disciplinary Tribunal of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand on 27th day of June 2001, the Tribunal had before it Lloyd Harlick, of Henderson, who, on or about the 4th day of May 2001, was convicted of using a document with intent to defraud and theft as a servant and was sentenced to 13 months’ imprisonment.

The Tribunal resolved unanimously, in terms of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand Act 1996 and the Rules made thereunder, and in particular Rule 21.20, to suspend Lloyd Harlick from membership on the following terms:
