Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for the use in connection with a road and to remain vested in the Crown.

Road Realignment—State Highway No. 3 Okehu Stream–Bushy Park Road, Wanganui District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be limited access road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 44B/474, subject to mortgage No. B. 439469.1;

(c) Pursuant to sections 117 and 120 (3), declares the stopped road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 44B/474, subject to mortgage No. B. 439469.1;
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
