On the 11th day of July 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Iona Farm Limited be liquidated and that Peter Robert Raleigh Mulligan, solicitor of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator of the company.
