Reserves Act 1977

Change of Purpose of a Reserve by a Territorial Authority

Pursuant to section 24A of the Reserves Act 1977 and a resolution of the Transport and Roading Committee of the Auckland City Council, the Chief Executive of the Auckland City Council hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a local purpose (accessway) reserve to a local purpose (service lane) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

An estate in fee simple containing 366 square metres being part Allotment 32 on Deposited Plan 19138 contained in certificate of title 813/171 (North Auckland Registry).

Classification of a Reserve and Declaration That the Reserve be Part of the Takou River Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto as a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977, subject to the provisions of the said Act, and further declares that the reserve forms part of the Takou River Scenic Reserve.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Waitakere City Council of Part of a Reserve, Classification of Parts of a Reserve, and Appointment of the Massey and Birdwood Settlers’ Association Incorporated to Control and Manage a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Community Relations Manager of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation cancels the vesting in the Waitakere City Council of that part of the Massey Recreation Reserve described in the First Schedule, classifies the reserve described in the First Schedule as a local purpose (public hall site) reserve, classifies the reserve described in the Second Schedule as a local purpose (community buildings) reserve, and appoints the Massey and Birdwood Settlers’ Association Incorporated to control and manage the local purpose (public hall site) reserve described in the First Schedule.

North Auckland Land District—Waitakere City

First Schedule

463 square metres, more or less, being Section 1 on S.O. Plan 70227.

Classification of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Community Relations Manager of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto as a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
