Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 7 December 1998, which was granted under those regulations to Nola Fox in respect of Kiwitea Playcentre (52005), situated at Kimbolton Road, R.D. 7, Feilding.
