Land Acquired for Road—East Tamaki Corridor Arterial Route, Manukau City

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and is vested in the Manukau City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 52 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be set apart for limited access road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and remain vested in the Crown.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 52 (1), declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and set apart for road purposes and remain vested in the Crown.

(c) Pursuant to section 52 (1), declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be set apart for road purposes and remain vested in the Crown.
