Vesting of Reserves in the Central Otago District Council

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager, Otago Conservancy, Department of Conservation, vests the reserves, described in the Schedule, in the Central Otago District Council, in trust for the purpose of recreation.

Schedule

Otago Land District—Central Otago District

3.0066 hectares, more or less, being Section 18, Block XLI, Town of Alexandra, S.O. 16749. All certificate of title 46/696.

1.1289 hectares, more or less, being Section 19, Block XLI, Town of Alexandra, S.O. 19725. All certificate of title 8D/476.

Dated at Dunedin this 21st day of May 2001.

Roadway Declared Road in the Northland Land District

A Proclamation

Pursuant to section 320 of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, and in accordance with a recommendation made by the Māori Land Court to the Minister of Transport, I, The Right Honourable Dame Silvia Cartwright, the Governor-General of New Zealand, declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be road.

Schedule

All that piece of Māori freehold land containing 320 square metres, more or less, and marked as “A” on Survey Office Plan 61918.

All that piece of Māori freehold land containing 292 square metres, more or less, and marked as “B” on Survey Office Plan 61918.

Given under the hand of Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 18th day of May 2001.
