Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister
of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information
New Zealand, declares that the stopped roads described in
the Schedule to this notice are hereby vested in the adjoining
owners on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand
Gazette, and further declares that:

(a) The land firstly described shall be amalgamated with
the land in certificate of title 82C/286, subject to section
308 (4) of the Local Government Act 1974, drainage
easement in Transfer 634578 and mortgage C. 550597.2;

and

(b) The land secondly described shall be amalgamated
with the land in certificate of title 104/153, subject to
mortgage C. 918385.2.

publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
