Notice is hereby given that an application to remove Drummonds Tawa Pharmacy Limited from the Register will be made to the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitutions and the Companies Act 1993.

Any objection, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, to the removal of the company from the Register must be delivered to the Registrar not later than the 28th day of June 2001.
