Notice of Product Ruling

This is a notice of a product ruling made under section 91F of the Tax Administration Act 1994.
Product ruling No. 01/09 was issued on 23 March 2001. It relates to the engagement of contractors pursuant to a standard form contract and various sections of the Income Tax Act 1994. It will appear in Inland Revenue’s Tax Information Bulletin, Vol. 13, No. 6, of June 2001.
From 26 June 2001, a copy of the ruling may be obtained by writing to the Assistant General Manager (Adjudication & Rulings), National Office, Inland Revenue, P.O. Box 2198, Wellington.

Pursuant to section 85 of the Sale of Liquor Act 1988, Her Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint

(Edward) William Unwin, acting District Court Judge of Nelson

to be the Chairperson of the Liquor Licensing Authority for a term of 5 years on and from the date hereof.
