Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975
Supplementary Integration Agreement
Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:
Waikato Waldorf School (Rudolf Steiner Initiative), Hamilton.
The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on 3 May 2001.
A copy of the supplementary integration agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, corner of Bridge and Grey Streets, Hamilton.

Electricity Act 1992
Notice of Disciplinary Action Taken by the Electrical Workers Registration Board
The Registrar of the Electrical Workers Registration Board (“the board”), having been directed by the board, in accordance with section 139 of the Electricity Act 1992, gives notice of the following registered electrical workers having been disciplined by the board, under part XI of the Electricity Act 1992, and the effect of the decision or order of the board:
Alexander Sabry, of Karapiro, has been found guilty of disciplinary offences. He is to have his name removed from the Register of Electrical Inspectors for a period of 4 years pursuant to section 127 (2) (a) and section 132 of the Electricity Act 1992. Alexander Sabry was ordered to pay a fee of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) pursuant to section 127 (2) (g) of the Electricity Act 1992. Alexander Sabry’s authority as a qualified engineer to do prescribed electrical work is restricted, pursuant to section 127 (2) (f) of the Electricity Act 1992, for a concurrent 4-year period. The restriction is that all prescribed electrical work, which requires certification carried out by him as a qualified engineer, shall be subject to certification by another person who is suitably authorised under the Electricity Act 1992 to do so. Alexander Sabry has been ordered to pay costs of one thousand and five hundred dollars ($1,500.00). The costs to be paid by 24 April 2001.
Peter Scott Bennett, of Auckland, has been found guilty of disciplinary offences and censured pursuant to section 127 (2) (h) of the Electricity Act 1992. Peter Scott Bennett has been ordered to pay costs of three hundred and fifty dollars ($350.00). The costs to be paid by 24 April 2001.

Fisheries (Bycatch Trade-Off) Notice (No. 2) 2001 (No. F179)
Pursuant to section 28ZG of the Fisheries Act 1983, the Manager Fisheries, Nelson, Ministry of Fisheries (acting pursuant to delegated authority in accordance with section 41 of the State Sector Act 1988), hereby gives the following notice.

Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Fisheries (Bycatch Trade-Off) Notice (No. 2) 2001.
(2) This notice shall come into effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette, and shall expire on the 15th day of July 2001. -
Interpretation—In this notice:
(a) Any reference to Quota Management Area means the appropriate Quota Management Area as defined in the Fisheries (Quota Management Areas, Total Allowable Catches and Catch Histories) Notice 1986*;
(b) Target species and bycatch species are specified by the way of fishstock codes, being Fishstock Codes defined in the Second Schedule of the Fisheries (Reporting) Regulations 1990†; and
(c) Methods are specified by way of method codes, being Method Codes defined in the Second Schedule of the Fisheries (Reporting) Regulations 1990†. -
Offering a lease of quota in lieu of paying deemed value—(1) Subject to this clause, as from the date this notice comes into effect, any commercial fisherman who, but for section 28ZG of the Fisheries Act 1983, could be required under section 28ZD of that Act to pay the deemed value of any fish that is specified as a bycatch species in this notice may, not later than 15 days after the end of the month in which the fish were taken, by notice in writing, offer the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Fisheries a lease or sub-lease of the right to take fish under any quota held or leased by that commercial fisherman that are specified in the Schedule to this notice as a target species in relation to that bycatch species.
(2) The ratios specified in the Schedule to this notice are the ratios at which a lease or sublease of quota of the target species may be accepted in relation to the amount of the bycatch species for which the offer of quota is made (e.g. if a fisher could be required to pay deemed value for 1 tonne of Gur 1 and wishes to offer a lease of Fla 1, then the amount that can be offered is 1 tonne x 0.83 = 0.83 tonnes of Fla 1).
