257 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, now gives notice to all creditors and shareholders, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, to have the company removed from the Register of Companies.

Any person may object to the removal of this company from the Register on the following grounds:

(a) That the company is still carrying on business or there is another reason for it to continue in existence; or

(b) that the company is a party to legal proceedings; or

(c) that the company is in receivership, or liquidation, or both; or

(d) that the person is a creditor, or a member, or a person who has an undischarged claim against the company; or

(e) that the person believes that there exists, and intends to pursue, a right of action on behalf of the company under Part IX of this Act; or

(f) that, for any reason, it would not be just and equitable to remove the company from the Register.

The date by which an objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies at Christchurch shall not be less than 20 working days from the date of the publication of this notice.
