Reserves Act 1977

Declaring Conservation Land to be a Reserve

Under section 8 (1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Conservator of the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation declares that the conservation area described in the Schedule shall be set apart as a reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and classified as an historic reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Corrigendum

Redefining Purposes of Maori Reservations

In the notice dated 6 August 1991, with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 5 September 1991, No. 133, page 2873, the following amendment is required in the description of the Schedule:

The wording of “the partition order of the Maori Land Court dated 9 January 1991” should read “the partition order of the Maori Land Court dated 9 January 1911”.

Stopped Road to be Vested—Scenic Drive, Waitakere, Auckland

Pursuant to section 117 (3) (b) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of stopped road described in the Schedule to this notice to be vested in the Auckland Regional Council for bulk water supply purposes on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
