Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional
Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary
integration agreement has been signed between the Minister
of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting
through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry
of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the
proprietor of the following school:

Waikato Diocesan School for Girls, Hamilton.

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed
on 20 April 2001.

A copy of the supplementary integration agreement is
available for inspection without charge by any member of
the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education,
corner of Bridge and Grey Streets, Hamilton.

The Fisheries (Automatic Location Communicator) Notice 2001 (No. 1) (No. F178)

Pursuant to Regulation 5 of the Fisheries (Satellite Vessel Monitoring) Regulations 1993, the National Manager Compliance,
Ministry of Fisheries, acting pursuant to delegated authority, hereby gives the following notice:

Notice

  1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Fisheries (Automatic Location Communicator) Notice
    2001 (No. 1).

(2) This notice comes into effect on the day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

  1. Interpretation—In this notice, “type approval” means an approval given by the Chief Executive of the Ministry of
    Fisheries under Regulation 5 of the Fisheries (Satellite Vessel Monitoring) Regulations 1993.

  2. Amendment to granting of type approval—The Fisheries (Automatic Location Communicator) Notice 2000
    (No. 1) (No. F150) granting provisional type approval to the automatic location communicator referred to in that notice, such
    notice appearing in the New Zealand Gazette, 18 May 2000, No. 52, page 1144, is hereby amended by repealing paragraph 3 of
    the notice and substituting the following paragraph:

“3. Grant of type approval—Pursuant to Regulation 5 (3) of the Fisheries (Satellite Vessel Monitoring) Regulations
1993, a provisional type approval has been granted to the following Inmarsat-C device to 30 September 2001:
