Civil Aviation Act 1990

Notice of Variation of a Scheduled International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to the Civil Aviation Act 1990, the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 29 March 2000, I, John Gibson Bradbury, Deputy Secretary Air Services in the Ministry of Transport, hereby give notice that I have exercised the power conferred by section 87Q of the Civil Aviation Act 1990 to vary the terms of the Scheduled International Air Service Licence issued to Qantas Airways Limited to provide for carriage of eighth freedom traffic on services operated between points in New Zealand.

This variation took effect on 12 April 2001.
