Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 318 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, that, after the expiration of 20 working days from the date of this notice, it is proposed to apply to the Registrar of Companies for a declaration of dissolution of the company and unless written objection is made to the Registrar of Companies within 20 working days from the date of this notice, the Registrar may dissolve the company.
