Land Set Apart for Road—State Highway No. 1, Putaruru, Waikato
Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for limited access road and vested in the Crown which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, will become road, limited access road and State highway on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land to be Declared Road, and Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated—State Highway No. 3, Stockman Hill Slip, Waitomo District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 3 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), further declares:
(i) The portions of road firstly, secondly and fourthly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 35A/736, subject to mortgage B. 082105.3.
(ii) The portions of road thirdly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 27C/852, subject to mortgage B. 082105.3.
