Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (1) of the Companies Act 1993

On the 20th day of March 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to sections 122 and 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Elmwood Estates Limited be liquidated and that Roger Bryce Keenan, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of March 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
