Pursuant to Section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993

On the 23rd day of March 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Surface Corp Manufacturing (NZ) Limited be liquidated voluntarily and that P. R. Hooton be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on the 23rd day of March 2001.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator of Surface Corp Manufacturing (NZ) Limited fixes the 20th day of April 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.

I, Andrew Marchel Oorschot, hereby give notice that for the purpose of winding up a solvent, non-trading company and pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, I was appointed as voluntary liquidator of Forte Communications Limited with effect from the 22nd day of March 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
