Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby authorises the exchange of that part of the Matarangi Bluff Scenic Reserve described in the First Schedule, for the land described in the Second Schedule.
South Auckland Land District—Thames-Coromandel District

22 square metres, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. Plan 61530. Document H. 468953 (part New Zealand Gazette 1983, page 1652).
Second Schedule
22 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2, L.T.S. 89774 (part certificate of title 16A/1261).

Classification of Reserves—Onukutara Park – South
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Hamilton City Council hereby:
(a) Classifies the reserves described in the First Schedule hereto as local purpose (esplanade) reserves, subject to the provisions of the said Act; and further
(b) Changes the classification of the reserves described in the Second Schedule hereto from local purpose (drainage) reserves to local purpose (esplanade) reserves, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
