Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Notice 2001—Appointment of Directors of Area Mental Health Services

Pursuant to section 92 of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, I, Karen Olive Poutasi, Director-General of Health, give the following notice:

1. This notice shall be read together with the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Notice 2000—Appointment of Directors of Area Mental Health Services (“the principal notice”)*.

2. The Schedule to the principal notice is amended by omitting the name and title “Erihana Allison Bernice Kaweriri Rupene Ryan, medical practitioner of Christchurch” and substituting the name and title “Alfred Dell’Ario, medical practitioner of Christchurch”.

3. The Schedule to the principal notice is amended by omitting the name and title “David George Chaplow, medical practitioner of Auckland” and substituting the name and title “Alexander Ian Fredrick Simpson, medical practitioner of Auckland”.
