Notice of Intention to Remove the Incorporated Society From the Register

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, the Registrar of Incorporated Societies will be removing the above-named society from the Register on the grounds that the liquidator has completed his duties.

The liquidator has delivered the final report and statement of realisations and distributions to the Registrar.

Any objection to the removal of the society from the Register must be delivered to the Registrar by the 9th day of April 2001.
