A declaration of solvency having been filed with the Registrar of Companies, James Roland McIvor and John Robert McCorkindale, chartered accountants of Napier, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of Shanghai Buildings Limited by special resolution of the shareholders on the 2nd day of March 2001, the date that the liquidation commenced.

Prior to my appointment, the directors of the company resolved that the company would, upon the appointment of a liquidator, be able to pay its debts.

Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 2nd day of April 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
