Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on the 5th day of March 2001, David Walter Koni, of Auckland, was appointed receiver of rental income in respect of the property of Dorchester Properties Limited under the powers contained in an unregistered mortgage dated the 30th day of September 1999 given by Dorchester Properties Limited, which property consists of memorandum of lease No. B. 395032.1 (North Auckland Registry), the property being situated at 61-67 Felton Mathew Avenue, Glen Innes, Auckland, being all the land comprised and described in the said memorandum of lease and certificate of title 49A/743 (North Auckland Registry).

The Receiver’s Office is: Level Eleven, Tower Two, The Shortland Centre, 55-65 Shortland Street, Auckland.
