Road to be Stopped and Added to Land Held for Stormwater Ponds Purposes—Auckland City

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares:

(a) The portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and added to land held for a public work (stormwater ponds) by the Auckland City Council; and

(b) The land described in the Schedule to this notice to be vested in the Auckland City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Classification of Reserve—Abbey Caves Road

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Whangarei District Council notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Whangarei District Council on 17 August 2000:

“In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation under the Reserves Act 1977, the council classifies the reserves described in the Schedule as local purpose (scenic) reserves, subject to the provisions of the Act.”

Change of the Classification of Part of a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation changes the classification of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule from a recreation reserve to a local purpose (early childhood education services) reserve subject to the provisions of the Act.
