I, Brett Thomas Thompson, hereby give notice that for the purposes of winding up a non-trading company and pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, I was appointed as liquidator of Samarang Developments Limited (formerly Gooses T-Shirt (N.Z.) Limited) with effect from the 27th day of February 2001.

The directors have resolved that the company was solvent prior to my appointment and therefore, pursuant to section 243 (8), no creditors’ meeting is required to be called.
