(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3), declares
the road described in the Second Schedule of this notice to
be stopped, and further declares that:

(i) The area of stopped road firstly described shall be
amalgamated with the land in certificate of title
115/192 (Nelson Registry), subject to easements
created by transfer 40320 and mortgage 390029.2.

(ii) The area of stopped road secondly described shall be
amalgamated with the land in certificate of title
11C/1246 (Nelson Registry), subject to building line
condition K3466, easements created by transfers
40320 and 37795 and mortgage 390029.2.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described
in the Third Schedule of this notice to be taken for severance
and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title
115/192 (Nelson Registry), subject to easements created by
transfer 40320 and mortgage 390029.2.

that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been
entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice
is acquired for motorway purposes, subject to certificate
C. 658669.1 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of
publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
