Stream flowing between Mount Memphis and Pinnacle into the Spey River. Topographic map C44, Hunter Mountains, GR 2055300E 5498000N. Currently named Wynn Burn.

Public Works Act 1981

Road Stopped and Vested—Lud Valley Road

Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares that the stopped road shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 12A/632 (Nelson Registry), subject to easement certificate 333496.5 and caveat 397684.1. Notwithstanding section 118 of the Public Works Act 1981, an esplanade reserve shall not be created as Nelson City Council has resolved that section 345 (3) of the Local Government Act 1974 shall not apply with the consent of the Minister of Conservation, pursuant to section 405A (1) (b) of the Resource Management Act 1991.
