Notice of Disclaimer Under Section 300 of the Companies Act 1993

In the matter of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and in the
matter of section 300 of the Companies Act 1955, and in
the matter of Elzen Holdings Limited:

Take notice that I, Dr Alan Esmond Bollard, Secretary to the
Treasury, pursuant to section 300 of the Companies Act
1993, hereby disclaim for and on behalf of Her Majesty the
Queen, all right, title and interest of Her Majesty the Queen
in an estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing
two hundred and fifty-eight square metres (258m²), more or
less, being part Lot 3 on Deposited Plan 10621, and being
part Allotment 51, Parish of Taupiri, and being all the land
comprised and described in certificate of title 26B/376,
South Auckland Land Registry, being a property formerly
held by Elzen Holdings Limited, a company removed from
the Companies Register on 7 December 1988 and formerly
having its registered office at Auckland.

And I certify that the vesting of the said property did not
come to my notice until 31 January 2001.

Pursuant to section 48 (4) of the Building Act 1991, notice
is hereby given that the Building Industry Authority intends
to make a recommendation for the amendment of the
Building Regulations 1992.

That recommendation relates to the making of amendments
to clause G13 of the First Schedule to the Building
Regulations 1992 (“the building code”).
