We advise that on the 16th day of February 2001, Graeme George McDonald and John Lawrence Vague, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of Lancewood Developments Limited (in receivership) under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 9th day of September 1999, which property consists of all freehold and leasehold land, fixed plant and machinery, patents, trade names, unpaid and uncancellated capital, and goodwill and all other assets.
