Māori Freehold Land Set Aside as a
Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act
1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the
Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby set aside as a Māori reservation for the purpose of a
marae and shall be known as the Akura 1A1A Marae
Reserve for the common use and benefit of the owners of
Akura 1A1A and their descendants.

hereby set apart as Māori reservations for the purpose of
providing access to Lake Rotoiti for the common use and
benefit of the general public of New Zealand.
