Road to be Stopped and Set Apart for Electricity Generation, and Road to be Stopped and Declared Crown Land—Lake Pukaki – State Highway No. 8, Mackenzie District

Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of road described in the First and Second Schedules to this notice to be stopped and further declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 117 (3) (b), the portions of stopped road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be declared Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

(b) Pursuant to section 52 (1), the portions of stopped road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be set apart for electricity generation.

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 29 July 1986, Declaring Land to be Road, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 7 August 1986, No. 123, page 3320, by deleting the following from the Schedule:
