Airworthiness Directives

Pursuant to section 72I (3) (a) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and to a delegation from the Director of Civil Aviation,
I, Geoffrey Neil Connor, Safety Analyst–Continuing Airworthiness, hereby issue the following airworthiness directives in
respect of aircraft or aeronautical products:

Electoral Act 1993

Amendments to Register of Political Parties

Cancellation of Registration of Parties

Pursuant to Part IV of the Electoral Act 1993, the Electoral Commission resolved on 12 February 2001:

(1) To cancel the registration of Natural Law Party and to remove Natural Law Party from the Register of Political Parties maintained by the Electoral Commission pursuant to section 62 of the Electoral Act 1993.

(2) To cancel the registration of Green Society and to remove Green Society from the Register of Political Parties maintained by the Electoral Commission pursuant to section 62 of the Electoral Act 1993.

(3) To cancel the registration of Mana Wahine Te Ira Tangata and to remove Mana Wahine Te Ira Tangata from the Register of Political Parties maintained by the Electoral Commission pursuant to section 62 of the Electoral Act 1993.\n
Cancellation of Registration of Party Logo

Pursuant to Part IV of the Electoral Act 1993, the Electoral Commission resolved on 12 February 2001, to cancel the registration of the logo for Mana Wahine Te Ira Tangata and to remove the logo of Mana Wahine Te Ira Tangata from the Register of Political Parties maintained by the Electoral Commission pursuant to section 62 of the Electoral Act 1993.

Registration of Party Logo

Pursuant to Part IV of the Electoral Act 1993, the Electoral Commission resolved on 12 February 2001, to register the logo for Citizens Choice Party of New Zealand.

Land Transport Safety Authority

Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990

Alternative Standard for Low Volume Vehicles
Under the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990

Pursuant to Regulation 6 (1) of the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990, I, Jörg Simon Mager, Senior Engineer, hereby prescribe the Low Volume Vehicle Code (2001) of the Low Volume Vehicle Technical Association Incorporated as an alternative standard for all items specified in the Second Schedule of the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990, and any amendments thereto,
in respect of Low Volume Vehicles as defined in Land Transport Rule: Vehicle Standards Compliance 1998.

Effective 1 March 2001, the Low Volume Vehicle Code (2001) shall supersede any previous versions of the Low Volume Vehicle Code. The following notices are therefore revoked, or remain revoked:
