Notice is hereby given that on the 15th day of February 2001, Frontline Finance Limited hereby appointed Messrs Murray Neil Frost and Vicki Elizabeth Botting, chartered accountants of Dunedin, as receivers and managers of the property of M & R Samson Limited (in liquidation), under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated the 27th day of July 1998 given by that company.
