Land Acquired for Road—Glue Pot Road, Western Bay of Plenty District
Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Western Bay of Plenty District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—Mountain Road, Western Bay of Plenty District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Western Bay of Plenty District Council.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second and Third Schedules to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3):
(i) The area described in the Second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title SA52C/171, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 966884.3.
(ii) The area described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 60D/849, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 966884.3.

Land and Easement Acquired for Sanitary Works—Tokorangi Road, Manawatu
Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto and a right of way easement as described in the Second Schedule hereto over the land in the Third Schedule to be held appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule, are hereby acquired for the purpose of sanitary works and vested in the Manawatu District Council, and the right of way easement over the land in the Fourth Schedule hereto, created by New Zealand Gazette, 1979, page 1964 and registered as GN. 280585, is relinquished on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
