Take notice that on the 7th day of December 2001, Bridgecorp Finance Limited, by virtue of memorandum of mortgage No. D. 623217.16 (North Auckland Registry) situated at 6-10 Gore Street, 42-46 Fort Street and corner of Gore Street, 48 Fort Street and 52-54 Fort Street, Auckland (“the property”), being all the land contained in certificates of title 761/66, 761/81 and 761/99 (North Auckland), entered into possession of the property.
