Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993

On the 15th day of November 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Michael Gerard Curtis, chartered accountant of Curtis McLean Limited, Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on the 15th day of November 2001 at 10.00 a.m.

Prior to the appointment of the liquidator, a directors’ resolution confirming that the company would be able to pay its debts was lodged with the Registrar of Companies.
