Road Realignment in Taupo District—Taharua (Tapapa) Road

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Taupo District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 33D/397, subject to a right to convey water, pursuant to the easement created by transfer H. 594895.14 over the land firstly described in the Second Schedule (the servient tenement) appurtenant to the land described in the Third Schedule hereto (the dominant tenement).

Land Declared Limited Access Road, and Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated—State Highway No. 4, Mangapapa Road, Ruapehu District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title L1/126, subject to mortgage 462834.4.
