Road Realignment—Far North Road,

Far North District

Pursuant to section 119 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland,
Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described
in the First and Second Schedules to this notice to be taken
and that:

(a) The areas described in First Schedule shall be
amalgamated with the land in certificate of title
No. 50C/1250, subject to memorandum of mortgage
D. 618750.3.

(b) The area described in Second Schedule shall be
amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 824/48,
subject to memorandum of mortgage D. 618750.3.

entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice
is acquired for soil conservation and river control and vested
in Hawke’s Bay Regional Council on the date of publication
of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
